March is National Nutrition Month! Nutrition is an important aspect as to how our body functions.  Having a balanced diet is essential to promoting our health. However, it is even more important to get the most out of our workouts by eating the right kinds of food to help fuel our body, promote the growth of our muscles, and strengthen our bones. Here is a guide on what foods you can eat after you exercise.

Post-Workout Foods

Should be eaten 0-2 hours after exercises

Prioritize protein

Carbs are optional

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Squats, Push-ups, Cardio, Crunches
