You heard it right! Get Fit Saturdays are back on!
In the midst of the pandemic, Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical High School are offering events virtually. The school is located at 2150 W Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19132. Get Fit Saturday events are happening from now until the end of April. They are hosting a variety of fun activities that everyone will enjoy. These events are free; all you need to do is sign-up! The activities promote a healthy lifestyle which is a great way to start your weekend. It is important to be safe during the pandemic and Get Fit Saturdays will ensure that you stay safe while being able to engage and connect with other people with the same health goals.
The events range from Zumba to healthy eating, a wellness check, yoga, and line dancing. These events are a great way to destress from a long week of hard work. Reward yourself with a wellness check or yoga on Saturdays! Dobbins Community School is offering these free healthy activities to Philadelphia residents like you and me. The events are a fun way to get moving with your family or friends or just a way to reduce your stress.
