Come together with your family, friends and colleagues for this fun, happy hour yoga flow under the blue sky, sun and trees – free of charge! This 60 minute power yoga class, led by Jen Wendowski of Yoga Habit, is designed to move you physically and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. We LOVE beginners – this class can be modified to all levels so no experience or flexibility needed. Keep the Happy Hour going after class by enjoying the food trucks and beer garden at the Oval and lets grow our community together. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
