Workout at Home with Help from the Free Library of Philadelphia!

The Free Library of Philadelphia has a new collection that can help you get started with your health and fitness goals! This lendable Home Gym Kit is available at six (6) libraries around the city. Check out a kit and try this low-cost equipment for a home gym before committing to purchasing your own. Bring it home with you for up to 2 weeks!

Inside the kit you will find:

  • A non-slip Yoga Mat
  • 2 Resistance Bands for strength training
  • A Quick Speed Jump Rope for a warm-up or cardio
  • A Workout Log to track your goals and progress
