The classes are free and open to anyone. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to join. You don’t have to bring anything to participate (though a water bottle is recommended) just show up and be ready to work out while working in.
There will be giveaways for participating in the majority of the classes. High school students can participate with a signed parent permission slip.
