It’s Bootcamp season & I’m here to let y’all know that we are going in this winter! Gains all day.

Get In Lon Fitness, a fitness trainer working towards helping people reach their ultimate goals through health and fitness! Join this AWESOME trainer @ the MLK Rec Center every Thursday from 7pm to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 10am.

ULiftUTraining, a program that helps re-entering citizens become certified as CrossFit trainers. The class uses body weight exercises and strength training, but all moves are modifiable! Join these GREAT trainers @ the MLK Rec Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm to 7pm

Parks and Recreation also has some awesome free or low-cost opportunities, check them out!

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) @ Lloyd Hall every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm, cost: FREE

Fit 4 Life @ Tustin every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm, cost: FREE

Adult Weightlifting @ Jerome Brown every Monday through Friday from 8pm to 9:30pm, cost: FREE

Fit Camp @ Waterview every Wednesday at 7pm, cost: FREE

UR-HIIP-FITT @ 48th and Woodland Park every Wednesday at 6:30pm, Saturday at 9am, 10am or 11am, cost: $5
