CLASS DESCRIPTION
In this session we will be using handmade hoops of a variety of weights and sizes, exploring how to use the hoop on and off the body and how to choreograph a dance with a group of students for the first two weeks. The second two weeks we will be starting a juggling practice while using balls, hoops and clubs.
